Property Manager
Provides the property owners or the condominium corporation the full benefit of advice, experience, and expertise in property management and undertakes the administration and administration of the project using best efforts to ensure that the project's investment value is enhanced, that the project operates at its optimum efficiency, that a safe, orderly, clean and comfortable environment is attained for the benefit of the owners and occupants, and ensures that all provisions in the management contract between CPMI and the condominium corporation are complied with.
Operations Manager

Marketing Officer (Cebu-Based)
Shall promote, market, and sell all Company services in major cities in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Identify, engage, and pitch to potential clients through meetings and presentations. The main role is to grow the business in the region by winning new accounts and help in the renewal and retention of existing accounts.
Roving Accountants
Responsible for reviewing accounting work, monitoring compliance with standard accounting policies and procedures, and assisting accountants in meeting the requirements of their jobs. Schedules visit to various property accountants and updates such schedules to cover areas from review. Reviews the accounting control and compliance checklist and in consultation with the Deputy Controller, determine corrective actions to be taken, if any. Checks property accounting records and related reportorial requirements for adequacy, completeness, and timeliness. Assists PA in updating accounting records and reports. Orients new Accountants who are on extended leave if such is needed and there is no conflict with other priorities.

Chief Accountants
Responsible for the entire operation of the accounting department; proper implementation of internal controls; adherence to company policies and procedures; budgeting and cash management; controllership; and management reportorial requirements, Overall in-charge of the accounting department. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures. Review and approved the financial statements prepared by the property accountant. Review and approved billing statements, notices, check vouchers, purchase orders, and all other documents that require approval from accounting. Reports the financial conditions of the company to the board of trustees. Prepares and consolidates budgets. Coordinates with other department heads on any problems or concerns regarding accounting. Act as a controller that would protect the asset and resources of the company.
Property Accountants
Responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports such as but not limited to financial statements financial status report, cash position, etc.; maintenance of accounting records such as vouchers, books of accounts, BIR files, and all other accounting records. Ensure that all policies and procedures as well as standard internal control procedures are being observed at all times and any material deviation is being reported to Property Accounting Division.
Billing & Collection Assistants
Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of billings and notices; proper maintenance of customer ledgers; and reconciliation of variances. Ensure adherence to Cash Receipts Policy. Process and issue billings on a timely basis. Receive payments and issue official receipts. Prepare collection reports and deposit slips. Prepare and issue notices on a timely basis. Reconcile discrepancy of customer ledger and aging Keep, maintain, and update unit owners’ and tenants’ profiles. Handles other related work that may be assigned from time to time.
Supervising Building Engineers
In charge of all engineering disciplines of the property, operation, and maintenance of its facilities and equipment, and general administration. Establishes and implements standard and fixed routine and shifting procedures. Develops and implements proper system of engineering and maintenance program and work order system for the property. Develops and implement an effective preventive maintenance program and work order system for the property. Finalizes the annual preparation of the budget for the property i.e. R & M, Capex, Special Projects Budget. Coordinates with the contractors in the implementation, monitoring, and developing of all projects on the property. Coordinates with clients in the implementation of the approved policies and procedures of the property. Coordinates with clients in the implementation and monitoring of the Property Access Control and Security System. Coordinates with clients in the implementation of Safety and Fire Prevention Policy and Program. Supervises the work of Shift Engineers.
Building Engineers/Shift Engineers
Directly responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment; ensures complete manning of maintenance staff, evaluates and reports the breakdown of machinery, maintains records, monitors operating parameters of motor equipment; accepts delivery and work done by outside contractors; implements S.O.P.; relieves Shift Engineer during Shift Engineer's day off, performs all the duties and responsibilities of the Shift Engineers and other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Engineer/Property Manager. Coordinates with clients in the implementation of the Safety and Fire Prevention Policy and Program.
IT Specialist
•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related course
•With at least 1-year experience in a same role
•Tech-savvy and knowledge in CCTV installation and operation
•Proficiency in Computer applications (software and hardware)
Senior Staff Assistant
Provides general administrative, secretarial, and clerical support services appurtenant to the office of the Property Manager. Development and maintenance of an efficient document filing and retrieval system. Typing, reproduction, finalization, and distribution of all documents emanating from her immediate superior and other members of the office.
