Building Engineers/Shift Engineers
Summary
Directly responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment; ensures complete manning of maintenance staff, evaluates and reports the breakdown of machinery, maintains records, monitors operating parameters of motor equipment; accepts delivery and work done by outside contractors; implements S.O.P.; relieves Shift Engineer during Shift Engineer's day off, performs all the duties and responsibilities of the Shift Engineers and other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Engineer/Property Manager. Coordinates with clients in the implementation of the Safety and Fire Prevention Policy and Program.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be a PRC Licensed (Registered Electrical Engineer of Mechanical Engineer)
• With at least 3 years experience in a high-rise Building/Facilities operations and maintenance
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to interact with top executives, tenants, and unit owners.
• Proficiency in Computer applications
