Operations Manager

Summary

Provides the property owners or the condominium corporation the full benefit of advice, experience, and expertise as property management and undertakes the administration and administration of the project using best efforts to ensure that the project's investment value is enhanced, that the project operates at its optimum efficiency, that a safe, orderly, clean and comfortable environment is attained for the benefit of the owners and occupants, and ensures that all provision in the management contract between CPMI and the condominium corporation are complied with.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree holder, preferably with good scholastic standing.
• With at least 7 years of experience in property management in managerial level handling multiple accounts and supervising multiple property management site teams.
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills preferably with experience in dealing with highly valued clients.
• Highly personable with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Result oriented, honest, a team player with high leadership qualities, and can interact with top executives, tenants, and unit owners.
• Proficiency in Computer applications
